3-D ATHLETE EVALUATION
3-D Movement Assessment evaluates the body in motion, the main joints and the movement chains in all planes. The 3-D Movement Assessment gives both general and specific feedback on the gifts, abilities and limitations of the body performing functional tasks. The assessment is an essential tool to ensure that the goals of the training are reached and that the methods for the training are safe, effective and individual.
The 3-D Movement Assessment is a service that we offer to athletes who desire to optimize their movement and performance related to one's sport. An individualized and personal evaluation is an inspiring and motivating experience as you discover your potential and the plan to reach it.
We are excited to measure your success and show you your improvements by using the 3-D Movement Assessment.
3-D Movement Assessment consists of:
1. 3-D MAPS developed by Gray Institute 2. Movement Map measurements 3. Omegawave - Readiness & Recovery test 3. Sport specific movement evaluation 4. General movement pattern screening 5. Recovery testing and tracking
Movement Map Training
Movement Map Training is designed for athletes to optimize their sport performance and minimize the risk of sport injury. The goal of Movement Map Training is to bridge the gap between the traditional strength training and the sport performance. It provides a more effective carry-over between general and specific. Simply said, it puts the 'gym strength' into your sport moves.
Movement Map allows us to evaluate your starting point on your path to greater success and higher performance. It then guides us there through systematic movement training progressions.
Movement Map training is:
1. Scientific and practical
2. Systematic and creative
3. Individualized and specific
4. Effective and challenging
5. Inspiring and fun
Movement Map guides you to your goal!
